I was at Sportman's Warehouse today and found this kit in the cheap camp gear section. The kit is $3.49 and the extra grommets ran $1.59. I was thinking when you're trimming the tarp to cut a tab that could fold back under itself for extra strength when pressing in the grommet.

Here's the $6.50 footprint I made for my tent (video game not necessary to complete mod).
