Nice job.........only I don't see any dirt & mud on it!! I just got mine before the snow started flying.....didn't get enough miles on it to change factory oil.. Looking forward to coming to "Tech Day" for suspension mods info. I want to "Float-like-a-butterfly" over bumpy roads/trails!!!

Basically we use my garage and stuckinmud's PC setup.
The parts are sandblasted at an undisclosed location. After prepping the metal we shoot the powder using a Harbor Freight PC gun. Then toss it in the oven for baby & me.
The best thing is after the part cools (usually 15-20 min) it's ready for install! As for the mess...We've made a powder booth but honestly don't use it much. I blow most of the leftover powder out the door and hose out the garage on big jobs.
