 Cottage Grove?

So my brother in law lives in Cottage Grove. Sleep

If I get out that way and bring my bike can I get away with a Montana dual sport kit (strap on bar mirror, gps speedo, bycycle horn, rear stock tail light with break switch)? Yes, plated and "street legal" looks

Any thoughts? Anybody ride out that away?
