| Very nice bike! I have a bunch of questions for you, because I am looking for a larger tank right now. Is that an IMS tank? Did you have any problems with the install or any quality issues? Do you know if it will work with a kick start (I am planning on adding a kick start to my SM) and finally, how many miles can you get out of that tank? Hope that wasn't too many questions, but I am having trouble deciding which tank to get. Thanks! |

Yes, that's an IMS 4 gallon (holds 4.5...can't get that last .5 out!). Install was cake. I am very pleased with the quality. It's taken some spills and has held up great! I've rarely pushed it on mileage. A solid 200 miles is easy. If you play your cards right, you can push 225 miles? I have 14/47 gears and do mostly dirt. I seem to get 180-200 to a tank. As far as a kicker is concerned, I haven't a clue on clearances. |

| Hey Buck, I have a some more questions about your bike if you don't mind. What tire and size do you have on the back, is that a full Yosh pipe, what head light, is it a kit? Basically, I love your mods, and would like to do them to mine! Thanks! |

I'm running a 120/100/18 on the rear (Desert IT). That's a full Yosh RS3 (I think they've discontinued the RS3). The headlight is a Baja Designs 8" halogen. http://www.bajadesigns.com/2005%20Web%20Site/soltekHID.htm It looks like the the design has changed slightly since I got mine. |

| Thanks Buck, I guess I'll have to work some more O.T. now! I am thinking about a full Muzzy or MRD exhaust. Nothin but money! |
