Found this site through the Kawasaki forum, nice to get local information. I'm from Kennewick, ride a KLX 250 with some mods, and prefer trails or gravel roads to pavement. If you see an old fat guy on a green KLX wave.

We hunt up at Eniat on the Mckenzie Saddle past Ardenvoir. I have really wanted to take the XR up and explore that area on the bike. Looks like it would be fun up there on the old logging roads. thumb

What comes with the 300 big bore kit? Did you do it yourself?
How much of a power difference did it make?
Just call me Mr. fifty questions.

I have a 2006 so I bought the cylinder, piston and gaskets for a 300, they are interchangeable. I do all my own work always have. There is a site with all the information you could ask for, and pictures to help. Go to KawasakiForums.com and use the search option or ask in the 250s site.
