Fathers day gift

My wife gave me my fathers day gift early, It is a frikin Gopro HD 960 ! So i piddled my pants and ran in a circle. So with that out of the way, does anyone have any hints, tips, techniques and a free video editing program? Just need to get started useing the Gopro. I have the simple stuff down, ON/OFF, record, playback ect. These things are awsome.

Sweet! I want one myself....I'm alittle jealous..how ever my wife got me an ogio dakar 1950 hydropack, and an otterbox for my phone so I can't complain. I do want a GoPro some time in the near future.

be sure you make plenty of test vids for proper helmet cam placement. i located my epic to far forward and now i have 8GB of front tire action..

I have mounted it on my helmet and my front brake resivore, both seem to work out depending on what you like. mounted on the bars only lets you see were the bike is pointed. On the helmet shows more but quick jerky head movments make you sea sick when watching. I like both locatons and will continue to play with mounting options.

oh yea,,, i bought an epic cam for 50 bucks on e-bay. i liked the price and the small size. not bad for a budget starter.
