| Where is that?
I have been riding on the wheat field roads to get my fix until the snow melts off the trails. | |

| Snow is gone above the top of Johnson Creek up Mud Creek. Still looks like a decent amount of snow by Sugarloaf. Anyone been up to Lake Wenatchee? I'm gonna zip up French Corral and see how far I can get towards the summit road. | |

| Just took a quick trip up to the top of Birch Mountain.
Actually went snowmobiling up Tyee/Mad river back into Mad Lake last weekend. Measured seven feet of snow at Cougar Meadows.

| I heard that Burch had a gate installed. Not true? Also, do you know when the gate up No, 2 Cyn to Mission creek opens up? Thanks. Troy341 | |

| Tried French Corral and Mills Canyon. Just 2 switchbacks away from the Summit Road to be turned back by Snow Drifts. Lots of work plowing through snow. Just part of the adventure. I sure missed the 250 each time we pushed through! | |

| Burch is open now - seasonal closure is for the 4x4 mudders! Its over now and it is open.
Good news about Mills!
Tried Nahahaum on the 12th, couldn't get but within about a mile from the lookout cause of drifts. Single track below was good with only a few downed trees.
Gotta love spring! | |

| Yeah, it's crazy how quick the lower roads dried out right below the snow. Good for us as less damage to the roads. Can't wait for some upper roads to open, but still lots to explore in the lower elevations. Boy, this is quicker than mountain biking for exploring the back country! | |

| I rode Potato and Mud Creek over to French Corral, then Eagle Creek up to Nahaum, then down Swakane on Sunday. I was surprised it was all open. Just a small drift to cross at the top of French Corral, but we did it on big bikes. Didn't try to go up to the fire lookout, I'm sure that would still have snow. | |

| Why don't ya'll leave work early on Monday and we can meet at Swakane! I'll just be getting back from camping and riding. C'mon. It's just money and we can't take it with us. However, the memories; hmmmmm. Of course, the memories of riding could be overshadowed by the pain of getting in trouble with our wives. | |
