| A small victory for dual sport riders and other people that operate street legal vehicles on public land.
SB5897 (Concerning State Parks) has been passed by both the Senate and House.
It is now on its way to the Governor’s desk.

In addition to a number of changes to State Parks funding and its public/private partnership it contains some Discover Pass changes.
One change will impact street legal vehicle operators. A Discover Pass will no longer be required to drive on DNR or WDFW managed roads.

| I didn't realize I was breaking the law all this time, and now it doesn't seem as fun know it's now legal. | |
