nice fall/winter ride

decided to take the 650 out for a spin today. headed to bonapart lookout, there is about 5 miles of single track to get to the lookout. there is some haul ass dirt roads along the way

my destination the lookout 5 miles, the start of the trail what's that funny lookin white stuff





about a mile up the trail that '' funny lookin white stuff '' was starting to get a bit deep, an it was wet and slick almost had some troubles
a time or two





decided to turn around about the 2 mile mark, was starting to have flash backs of my dismount at harris park ,when hodakaguy pushed me off the trail



headed back to some lower elevations, below 5000 feet, everyone can now breath a sigh of relief because i have found ''lost lake'' even took
a pic to prove it




hit some pavement comin home, went through ''down town '' chesaw, as you can see traffic in chesaw is a real bitch at rush hour



stopped at my new house, will be moving in next week. it's a '' fixer upper'' just needs some doors, windows, roof , floor, pluming, wiring,and
some paint, realtor told me they don't build them like this anymore, an it was a real good deal, so i jumped on it

Looks like a fun bit-o-slidin I am sure the 650L was not 100% in it's comfort zone,,,,,,,getting ready for winter here.ride everything possible.

Second pic, little washboards....how do you adjust your rear suspension to handle this stuff? And also how will that adjustment affect the ride in other areas?

*ever go skiing, bombing down a hill on snow than run over the top of a tree? Immediately slows you down, that's what those washboards do to me.
