| Greetings all. 54 year old bike nut here with six bikes in the current herd, including a KLR-650, a KDX-220, and a Montessa Cota 315R. The street bikes are a Harley Lowrider, a Yamaha FJR-1300, and an old RD-250 that's on the workbench right now. The FJR racks up most of the miles. I bought the KLR mostly with the idea of riding to the areas in which I hunt and using it to scout around, but I find that I use it as a commuter more than an off-road bike.
My off-road riding has devolved into trail riding mostly. My advanced years have made the falls hurt more! Former road-racer, but really enjoying the slow-speed stuff the Cota was made for, though I'm still a rank beginner on it.
