How do I get a Avatar picture up on my profile?

Click on "profile" (on any page near the top center)
click on "avatar" (under information, now one line under profile and to the right)
Then easiest is to browse for picture on your computer. Find the picture you want. Then open it.
Then hit "save" changes. Should now be you avatar.
