this bill will allow modified off road motorcycles street legal! i guess it just needs to be written up now by the gov.

Please keep in mind that in addition to the equipment requirments specified in SB5800, the bill also requires compliance with yet to be defined federal equipment standards.

The Washington State DoL is currently working on that.

Until that task is complete and made public we really don't know if SB5800 does any good or not.
