Badger-Als town-Douglas Creek

Went for a 60 mile loop Saterday evening and it was perfect temp for a ride. We left East Wenatchee and went up Badger Mountain road to Indian camp road and then down Technial Canyon to Als Town ( no longer populated). From there we headed into Douglas Creek wich is a great ride. Killer land scape of the basalt rock formations, cliffs, and canyons. Headed out the palasades and ate dinner at BJ's in Rock Island. Didnt get alot of pics because I have to use my cell phone and it sucks.( Ruined my good camera at Mattawa). There were several water crossings. a couple were deep and cold ! Wish I could have got some pics of those. I will be going back when I have more time.

Looks like a great ride. The company I work for is building a house up in Douglas right above Douglas creek and I keep thinking it looks like a great ride down to the palisades. Thanks for the pics. Troy341

I've taken my van thru Douglas Creek Canyon ( and thru Waterville Plateau) and thought it would be a great little ride.
