4 of us, YamWow, richnewt, dave and myself started out on the WABDR on Monday July 25. We rode highway on up to Oroville so we could ride the route North to South. It started raining about an hour or so before we got to Oroville, and never let up 'till the next morning. All the rain was pretty good at keeping the dust down though, for the next day at least. This was an absolute blast of a ride, and I couldn't hope for a better group of guys to ride with! We had to re-route around a few slides and washouts, but other than that, stuck to the official tracks fairly well. On the 4th day, we did lose richnewt, as he had to cut the ride short and head home. On the morning of the 5th day, mamacone met up with us at Crow Creek camp ground in little Nachees, and finished the route with us. So here are a few pics and videos along the way:
