| Effective January 1, 2009, ATV (quad) or off-road motorcyclists age 15 or younger - or an adult who supervises those riders - are required to complete the Oregon All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Safety Education course before riding on public lands in Oregon. I went ahead and got mine done because I've got an 8 year old rider in my family. I still need to walk him through the on-line course so he can be an official card carrier too! | |
