looks like you go on some pretty cool rides. Maybe some day I can get away from the hussle and bussle of life and go over there and ride. I have been saying stuff like this for 3 years now.

Chris....I'll give you a call Thursday. Buddy and I are doing Devil's Gulch Saturday. Should be there around 0930..closer to 1000 (I think Sandy Creek trail head)

Yep I do... But I work fridays....... Sucky for me. I work With a guy that loves Sand creek and the Gulch. Thats were he shoved me down a big bank and left me for dead ! Havent done any single track since.

Wow that is a fun area. That could be my new favorite, not sure.
We did the loop plus a little more, that "little more" is what killed me. The last 12miles of ride was all about staying on the trail and not passing out with fatigue and dehydration.

*came close to going off the trail a few times, but only did once. Was going up a steep hill and found neutral. Luckily it was only the front tire that went off so dragged the bike back.

If you dont all ready know, The forest survice has some free maps of that area. you can also get them on line. It is a cool spot to ride. I use to do a bit up there back in my CR250R days. Those trails are not 350lbs of DR650 friendly !
