St. Joe River Road

Im looking at a trip to Arlee, MT, I'd like to take St. Joe River Rd from Saint Marie's to St. Regis, anybody know that road? this would be next summer, around the 4th. My SL only has about a 100 mile range, any gas on that road or am I going to be hauling some fuel?

Any info or tips greatly appreciated.

I came through there this summer from Missoula. It is about 100 miles I think. Paved until the last 10 miles or so before St Regis. Real nice windy road alond the river. There is fuel and a Motel/Convenience store about half way. Can't remember the name of the town off hand, but seems like one or two other stops closer to St. Maries as well.

Thanks Mylam, that's good info, especially about the gas. I counted about 110 miles from Saint Maries, so a tankful on the SL should work, but will carry an extra gallon in case the fuel station is closed or something.
