easton ride

Took an early morning trip over to Easton along the powerlines.  Noticed a lot more gates in the area.  I think the influx of side be sides is causing some land owners to gate some of their property more with a little space to sneak through on a two wheelers .  Also noticed that Forterra, the NC and TCF have acquired a lot of land in this area so ride it while you can!   Great FS roads in this area.  This lowland peak  is about 3500 ft above Easton, looking NW    A little snow on top but smooth sailing on the south side slopes  The boys bagged their first peak!
