It is a great place to ride if you like fire roads and great views, there are many trails but you are supposed to stay off of them according to DNR but many people ride them anyway.

Pre ride bike line up.




At the summit of Sumas Mt. approx. 3500 feet. Normally is a great view but as you can tell a little socked in. We finished the day off with bbq and beer.

Nice new bike, B. Looks great! I hope there's no kicking and biting in the stable since you brought the new one home. I can see that XT getting a bit possessive.

Great Pic. Last time I was looking at this view it was strapped into a hanglider 15 plus years ago. It was a short flight as there was no wind and I got soaked (found the only small ditch covered over with grass) when I landed in one of the guys fields that I was also soaring with that day.

Very nice.

My brother, dad and myself on the same xt500 that I have now. I am guessing it was maybe taken '83-'85 ? I'm the little one. My wife says I still get the same smile when I get on a bike today.
