Well, here she is. Plated and.. old.
280 kit, desert tank, HID/LED lighting, rewound stator, cobra exhaust, beefed skid plate, other little nick knacks, like an electronic speedo and a lock box on the rear fender for my tools. The suspension has been reworked with new springs and dampers, but I really want to get some inverterd forks. I run D606 Dunlops on the street.
GPS is wired to run off the stator
shaved the seat down today... as low as I could get it.. it's like a wanna be trials bike now lol, so much more maneuverable on the trails. I have a nasty hillclimb in my backyard and before I had a really hard time when it was wet, now I can throw the bike around more to keep chugging up it over the bumps and mud.
It's as low as you can possibly go without being directly on the plastic.. theres about 1/4" of foam in a few spots. It's actually pretty comfortable too, just not on bumps. I have another seat for long road rides though, so
HID light bracket.. made it out of some angle from my work.. gotta love free.
Yeah, I moved the flasher to under the tank, cleaned it up a bit in there..
added some buddy pegs, used some 10mm rebar.
