I installed a ims smog block off plates yesterday. What a great improvement, no more popping on decelereation. I am pretty sure it has more mid range pull to. Now dunlop 606's,fmf Q2, 4 gallon tank and............. does it stop! Duffiejack

If it hasn't been done already, make sure to re-jet that carb too.

They're way too lean from the factory.

Great progress! I'm not sure which fuel tank your thinking about but I saw Big Jer's last saturday and it looked great. He went with the Clark 4.0 gallon and said the install was a slam dunk. Thats on my list as well.

re-jet is a must. dyno-jet kit works great!
