I have street bikes and thought it would be fun to do a little dual sport riding. Not much of a risk taker but want to get out and enjoy some of the easier off road rides. I will browse around the web-site and get information on where I should start for a beginning off road ride. Looks like all the answers should be somewhere on this site, time to start browsing.

Howdy jr, glad you could join us here. This site is a wealth of knowledge from some very experienced riders. And don't be afraid of asking any questions, you won't get the typical 'use the search, dummy' response. Just quality answers from quality people. Hope to join you on a ride sometime!

This should be a good place to get started. First off lower the gearing on your bike, I happen to know that bike is geared for higher speeds. Now get some bark busters and a skid plate. Don't ride any type single track without protective gear, its cheep insurance..
