Fish Lake Area Empty
PostSubject: Fish Lake Area   Fish Lake Area Icon_minitime8/1/2011, 11:10 pm

Spent the weekend in a primitive camp site called Meadow Creek. It was the best as it was free, right next to the river, and totally empty. What an awesome riding area. We did over a 100 miles just on the logging roads out of camp and even made onto some of the trails out of Goose Creek. The tight trails frequent sets of whooptido's quickly kicked my ass. The few 4x4 trails were really fun. But the logging roads were the best, really rough and unmaintained, and once you got towards the tops of the mountains the brush all cleared out and you could bush whack the bikes (treading lightly of course) to the top for amazing views. Then at the end of day you couldride down to fish lake to throw a line in the water. My new favorite place.
