Money Creek (Skykomish area) exploring THIS Thursday - time for a ride....

I'd meet at Skykomish to park and ride the bikes a few miles up the road to the Money Creek area. TONS of exploring in this area; was once a major mining district.
I'd be there about 9:30 - leaving Kirkland at 8:15.

Who is up for a ride?

Changed out my tires already (changed the rear 2x thinking it had a leak, couldn't find one, need to go check it...lol)

Anyway...I'm going to be weather dependent, but I'd like to join.

I explored this area years ago via mountain bike and hikes 15-20 years ago, don't expect me to recall exactly where to go

You goin for sure? Need to know as others are ending up not able to go and I will not ride this area alone.

Weather is flawless, starting early Wednesday with Thursday *75 degrees*. Wow.

Craig, i cant make it out on thurs, but i can go on sat 10/1. Sounds like you're set on Thurs, but if you can go on a sat (or anyone else), let me know. Otherwise, i'm probably going to Walker again.

By the way...That's the same mine Inconceivable took us to. Should be able to ride to the bottom of the mine now and just have to hike the 50yrds to the entrance.

Im out this week but I need to get up that way and do some splorin sometime. Heck I just live down the road from there in Monroe. Did you install that d606 on your WR Inspector?

ya, i'll take the blame for that one, we were initially talking about (at least i was) a saturday trip.

Anyway, have fun up there on thurs and get some pics! If you end up going sat, i'm in!

Yep...Has more life on it than my old one...The front looks pretty beat up thou, LOL..Thank you!!!!!! I should be able to get a couple thousand out of them.

Aw rats ..... NEED RIDERS for Thursday! You WILL see things that are very, very intriguing.
