Washington SB5800 requirements?

Does any one know when we will see the requirements for dirtbikes?

As it stands today the inspection included the dealership or repair facility to sign a statement that the vehicle complies with all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards (49CFR571).

There is no way any of these facilities can prove complaince to that standard and persuant to 49USC30112 that standard should not be applicable to privately owned used motorcycles.

I am working to get this fixed and have both lawyers and Legislators involved.
