| Before we hit the job boards and get a hundred resumes that say "I have no experience but I'm willing to learn" I'm posting up in places to give first chance to cool people or friends of cool people! We're looking for a journeyman machinist and an operator. 4-10s, benefits, lots of overtime right now, competitive wages and cool people! So if you or anyone you know is interested please PM me here and I'll give you the details and my work email. Small family-owned shop that's been around for over 40 years making aerospace parts Thanks! -Megan | |

You would think that there'd be more qualified people out there looking for a good job, but we get a lot of "I have no experience but I'm willing to learn" types OR people with atrocious work history. I got a guy in the Spring when we were looking that worked between 3-8 months at each job and had a B-I-G gap in his employment. Like a 10 year gap. We'd appreciate it if you'd keep an ear out. | |

| I'm not a machinist, but do have 16 years experience drafting and designing. If your company needs anyone with such skills, I can get my resume over to you right away. I also have some CNC Programming experience, all on flat bed lasers, water jets and plasma cutters. | |

| Sorry Ed, we have a programmer, and all of our parts come with drawings from Boeing engineers. We don't to any design work in-house, unless it's "for fun" (aka motorcycle parts). | |

| No, it usually doesn't! I'll keep you in mind if anything pops up though. | |
