| Took the bike out for a short morning ride of about only 30 miles still just getting used to it. Sand and gravel pit always good for improving riding. [img] [/img] sand, rock and very little gravel on these roads. [img] [/img] A couple view shoots. [img] [/img] [img] [/img] with the bike and yes that is mud on the tires. | There is unlimited riding out here. The ride only took an hour it was all the time I had before work, if I would have gone straight up to the top of that hill it would of only taken about 15 minutes to get up there. As for the mud I don't care how big the bike is it is first and foremost a dual sport and it will get used like one street, sand, gravel, rocks, and mud it will see a lot of it all this summer if I have any say in it. | |

| I'm not sure what they are called but yeah just north of 31 about 10 miles north of Valley Falls. Sometime this summer I plan on cutting across and make it all the way to Christmas Valley through these hills. google map | |

| Yup, that's them! If you don't have one, get a Oregon Atlas. That'll help you daydream some routes. Aside from being in BFE, I am totally jealous of your location! You should come meet up with us BDS guys in the Alvord May 6-9! Shouldn't be a bad ride for you! | |

| I work at the prison and I work from 2:00PM to 10:00pm with Wed. and Thurs. off. Which basically translates into a lot of riding by myself. | |
