60 Miles of Fun....Todays Ride Report and Pics

5 of us did a 65 mile loop today, had a great time. Weather held out...no rain and great traction in most places.

Here's a few pics from the ride.

Well about 3 miles in at the start of the ride we had a casualty. Alan was turning around doing all of 2 mph and slipped. He landed on his finger and SNAP. Bummmer!

Craig walked ahead to check out the trail.....Dead End. He did say that if we wanted to do some brush wacking that we could be rewarded with a up close view of a fence blocking the way....we passed on the offer.

I might add the route was heavy on the motocross part of Dual Sport. Tom, Alan and Kevin all manged to unexpectedly lay there bikes down. Fun ride. Alan would have loved it. I spoke with him last night. His finger was dislocated. I guess he had trouble finding someone to set it because apparently this usually causes ligament and nerve damage. He is not suppose to move it until he sees a neurologist.

OWWW! That finger looks painful. Glad you all got out to ride. It was a pretty nice weekend. I spent all day Sunday at the dunes in Moses Lake working on other peoples stuff. I think I got about 15 miles of riding in. Oh well, everyone had a good time.
