Whats up with Hover park?

Went for a short ride today and decided to ride threw Hover and was expecting it to be shut down after the kid got shot by a stray bullet last year, but when i got there , there was 5 or 6 people riding and on the back side there was people still shooting { in the same direction as the people riding }. SO.........is it open or closed ?

its supposed to be closed. I spoke with the CEO at KGH and they are working on setting up a dedicated shooting range out there, but it's not a free-for-all at this time. if they get caught, they will be in trouble. riding they are much more lax on. they wanted to close it to shooting only, but their liars (I mean lawyers) told them they should close it to everything.

I came back in on that road after doing some exploring last week, and was suprised to see someone shooting.. I thought it was closed too..

I stopped shooting out there when my daughter and I experinced a near miss while on the south side.. the world is full of stupid people..
