3rd PNWDS Naches Ride Sept 15th-16th

It's set September 15th-16th. Its been a lot of fun in years past.

The Crow Creek
campground is 43.5 miles from the 82 turn off in Yakima. This includes
the short detour on 410. Crow Creek is actually outside a tiny town
called Cliffdell. If you are coming from the east it is 41 miles to
Whistlin Jack Lodge. Drive west 4 more miles to 19 which is on the right
(north), just before the Little Naches river bridge. 19 turn off from
410 GPS N 46-59.369 W 121-05.788







Take 19 to 1902 on left 2.5 miles.



Go about a half mile and Crow Creek campground is on the right. GPS N 47-00.977 W121-08.383







When
we were there only one other person was at the campground. Plenty of
room for multiple trailers, toy haulers etc. $8.00 a night and $5.00 for
each car.

Drop box as you enter. Just fill out the supplied slip and drop it with money in. Yes they check it every day/evening.

I had a great time last year and planned on going for sure this year but some unexspected issues will keep me from making it . I will be looking forward to the video montage.....

Where at Crow Creek? We stayed at the spot nearest the brige last time i went last month. but dunno if it's big enough. When is everyone heading up there? I'd like to go but be ridin solo so kinda want to see where everyone's at.. Areas you guys bring toy haulers? campers? Tents? I can bring either but dont want to take up all the room if everyone's binging tents.. Ya know?

Bring what yah got! Worst case is you take another camp site like i did last year....cause nobody waved me down....LOL

Im taking my trailer. We usually camp somehere on the loop where the naches and little naches run together. The nice thig about a trailer is you can just park them where ever is its too crowded.

I think Relaytech and I are going up early. It would be nice to get the big area just on the South side of the river. We will have a trailer. I will put some sort of sign up that says PNWDS. No 3G service up there so I can't post. I hope that the charcoal bbq restriction is lifted also.

Cool! Sounds like a plan. I also have a little propane campfire that we used last time there was a campfire ban:) not as good as the real thing but definitely better than nothing!

I think Thursday morning.

I'm thinking friday morning but need to check my work sched. Should be good tho.

i was thinking of getting the big red toy hauler up there thursday evening, drink a little, smoke a little, stare at a fire a little,(if we can have one) wake up early friday and go to work in auburn via the 70 road and head back when i get off at 2:30.

Just one Question... Do you guys usually go places where you need to be plated? Was thinking about taking the kid and he's got no plate.. if so its all good tho. Not set in stone. Was already planning on going solo.

We use alot of forestry roads to connect trails,and even use the main road a couple of times.
the Law even checked us on one of the forestry roads last year.

Well just found out my buddy is cancelling on me. If I would have known that I would have taken Friday off. Now i'm not even sure if I'm down on going.

Is anybody going to be there friday ready to ride some sigle track? Have to come back saturday but want to ride both days.

Ill be there real early friday am or thursday late,so ya im down do do some seouse ridng friday. Im sure a few of us will be.
