There were some trail closures due to fire. Part of the ridge, frost mt . Check it out before you plan the routes.
Thanks, I'm not to familiar with the names of the trails up there. Last time we camped at the Crow Creak Camp Ground and rode the trails in that area. Not sure yet if those trails are open right now?

We'll be showing up early on the 28th, Ride Sat and Sun.
Camping at the Crow Creek Camp Ground. We'll be in a White VW Camper bus with KTM's in tow :-)

The Crow Creek campground is 43.5 miles from the 82 turn off in Yakima. This includes the short detour on 410. Crow Creek is actually outside a tiny town called Cliffdell. If you are coming from the east it is 41 miles to Whistlin Jack Lodge. Drive west 4 more miles to 19 which is on the right (north), just before the Little Naches river bridge. 19 turn off from 410 GPS N 46-59.369 W 121-05.788
Take 19 to 1902 on left 2.5 miles.
Go about a half mile and Crow Creek campground is on the right. GPS N 47-00.977 W121-08.383
When we were there only one other person was at the campground. Plenty of room for multiple trailers, toy haulers etc. $8.00 a night and $5.00 for each car.

If I did this correctly it has a map of the closures.

Called the Naches ranger district and verified that all the trails around the Crow Creek Camp Ground are open . The camp ground itself is open till the end of October so we are good to go!
Anyone else planning on making the ride?

Yes I'll be there on Friday afternoon if anyone wants to get in a short ride. I will camp were I did the first time I road with you guys the south end of the camp ground. I will be in a maroon f250 with a 11ft camper with a KTM300 looking forward to a good weekend.

Hey guys I have some truck issues creep up on me and won't be camping but will come over sat morning for the day. I am really bummed was looking forward to a last overnight ride and a good campfire see you sat. What time are you going to be there sat?

Well looking at the forcast it's looking like a big storm is suppose to be passing through on Sat/Sun. Looks like it will be solid rain and cold the whole weekend. Mike and I are going to skip on this weekend and try to hit a weekend with better weather conditions for camping/riding.
I'll post up when we set new dates.

Ok looks like the weather next weekend will be sunny and warmer...Perfect! Sooooo....we are planning on riding/camping at Naches in the same camp spot (Crow Creek) on October 5th & 6th.
Hope you can make it out to ride/camp. Should be a blast!
