| on the long drive home from the ride yesterday, i was thinking about, well laughing about the big hole in oring 212 headlight. so i had an idea, when i sinch my msr fender pak down so it won't fall off, it tends to distort my front fender which makes it sag down, which allows the tire to rub on the fender tip. there is a fender stiffiner i've seen, but that's all it does, i'm a multifunction kind a fella, so i decided to make a bracket to hold the msr pak, and a combo headlight guard. starter with 1/4 alum. 5" wide 14"long , milled in a relief cut for the wire loom | |

| Good job Jerry, that is a very clean job. I have a pretty well outfitted shop, but I am envious of your toys there. | |

| yesterday was the first time i got to test my light guard/fender pak rack. an it worker perfect, no more fender rubbing tire an no more goin back to look for the fender pak after it fell off. i completely lost one on the haul road coming back from prudoe, just luckily i didn't need my spare tubes! an luckily it didn't get cought up in the front wheel an wreck me either! so i guess this home grown brain storm was a sucess. i guess the sun shines on a dogs ass every now an then | |

So today's escapades were electrical??? I should have known... LOL I skipped the thousands of dollars in tools and used a ball peen hammer, a broken hack saw blade, a big vice and some no longer sharp drill bits.. he he | |
