PNWDS Naches Camp and Ride.... August 20-22nd.

I'm off that weekend. I think I'm actually off for the whole week until after labor day. I take a week or two for memorial day and another week or two for labor day every year. Good times for camping/wheeling/riding.

Where did you ride?

mostly forest roads, every thing ended in snow. Rode part of pyramid peak trail and sandcreek. Also ran up to lilly pond and over to indian flats.

I'm thinking Crow creek area. Relaytech and I were thinking about going up Wednesday or Thursday.

thats great, i just got my self a a free 06 ez loader double slot wave runner trailer that im going to convert into a motorcycle /camping trailer... i will be testing it out on this trip

who all is driving over there from the west side? i live up north in anacortes perhaps we could ride over together if somone is in my area.

i cant wait. its always nice riding in a new area for myself.

Sweet! No first come first serve. I think RelayTech and I will go down early and save some spots. I don't think we will have a problem getting any. Big area.

well i just added the final step to the smog block off kit this evening and that was putting the shim on the needle in the carb. now the bike does not bog when trying to pop a wheelie... suprisingly it seems it has a little more kick after removing all the emissions on it. however it may be my imagination.

do we have an address of this campround yet that we will be staying at ?

As it sits right now....I'll be there Friday late morning. Not sure how long I'll stay.

So is this area street legal only? I have a couple of guys from work that are interested in going but they're single track guys and have orv 2 smokers and no plates.

I don't wee why not. I will attach the trailer so we have a bit more room in the bed of the truck for gear. We can work out when we are leaving when we get a little closer. I can take off early on Friday, like in the morning, so I guess its up to you when you can get off work.

inspector, perhaps we could meet up in your area before we head up to the pass? could convoy together so at least we both get lost trying to find the place rather then just one of us.

Hahahaha, We can talk as the date gets closer. Last time I went over the pass I was topped out at 35mph. Of course that was 2bikes, 2people...but you get the drift.
